On Tuesday, August 21, at about 7:20 p.m., Trooper Robert Thorp, with DPS, was dispatched to a one-car rollover accident on FM 696 West, about one mile past the FM 696/112 “Y”. Dear Editor: Recently, I learned the City of Lexington no longer sprays for mosquitoes. I believe it is vital that the spraying be resumed, providing residents are notified when and where it will occur (hopefully when most are likely to be inside their homes).
