Eagles Named All-Brazos Valley

Lexington and Cameron topped the All-Brazos Valley football team as each school placed three players on the first team. Eagles making the team were Jordan Peterson, Tyler Cook, and Josh Aduddell.
Peterson was named to the All-Brazos Valley 1st team as a defensive back. He was also named to the 1st team Associated Press.
Aduddell was named to the All-Brazos Valley first team for his leadership in the offensive line. Josh was also named third team all-state by the Texas Sportswriters and all-district by opposing coaches offensively and defensively.
Cook was named 1st team All-District in 25-2A and Honorable Mention All-State by the Texas Sportswriters.
Brent Murray, Lexington’s 6’3”, 260 lb., junior tackle was named honorable mention.
E. J. Hawkins, Lexington’s, 5-11, 175, senior defensive back was named honorable mention ABV too.
Peterson and Aduddell were also named to the All-Brazos Valley academic team for their accomplishments in the classroom in combination with their on-field exploits.
