Lee County Sees $2.5 Million in Lotto Sales
$391,000 Sales in Lexington

The Texas Lottery Commission reported this week that Lee County had $2,562,405 in total sales last year. That figure includes all Texas Lottery sales for scratch off tickets, Pick 5 and all other games.
Lexington had four outlets for the Lottery, selling $391,203. Dime Box had two outlets selling the tickets, which sold $215,528. Giddings, with 16 stores selling Texas Lottery tickets, had $1,955,674 in sales.
T.J.’s Party Supply located on Highway 77 was the top seller in Lexington, with $133,932. The Lexington Food Mart, locally known as “Wag-a-Bag” sold $98,583 followed by Peterson Family Foods, which sold $95,332. Stoney’s sold $63,356.00.
K & C Quick Stop led the sales in Dime Box with $129,225.
The top three outlets in Giddings were the Giddings Food Store with $282,009, Citgo Food Mart of Giddings with $217,026, and All Star Convenience with $196,687 in lottery sales.
