District Court Sentences Five

The Lee County District Court handed down five dispositions on March 10, 2005. The Honorable Reva Towslee Corbett presided.
Justin Douglas Henderson, 30, of Thorndale, was sentenced for burglary of a habitation. He was sentenced five years probation, $2,500 fine, $286 court costs, $400 court appointed attorney fees, $350 restitution and 250 hours community service restitution.
Sentenced for theft, $1,500-$20,000, was George Garcia Ojeda, 20, of Giddings. Ojeda received 18 months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice (TDCJ) State Jail Facility, probated for four years. He was also assessed $400 court appointed attorney fees, $286 court costs, 250 hours community service restitution and $1,565 restitution.
Giddings resident, Lucio Mireles Segundo, Jr., 18, was convicted of criminal mischief, $1,500-$20,000. He received 18 months confinement in the TDCJ State Jail Facility, probated for four years. He was also assessed, $1,500 fine, $400 court appointed attorney fees, $286 court costs, $1,800 restitution, anger management classes, and substance abuse evaluation and treatment.
David Allen Diaz, II, 28, of Giddings was sentenced to 18 months confinement in the TDCJ State Jail Facility, probated for three years, for possession of a controlled substance–cocaine, less than 1 gram. He was assessed $400 court appointed attorney fees, $286 court costs, $140 restitution, $1,000 fine, and 250 hours community service restitution.
Sentenced to 18 months confinement in the TDCJ State Jail Facility, probated for 30 months, was 24 year old Juan Antonio Lucio of Giddings. He was convicted for criminal mischief, $1,500-$20,000. Lucio was assessed $750 fine, $286 court costs, $1,800 restitution, and 250 hours community service restitution.
