Saturday's Internet Edition, May 17, 2008. Rodeo Days "Ride 'em Cowboy!" - Lexington Elementary Kindergarten students enjoyed a Rodeo last Friday morning. The students made stick horses to “ride” during the rodeo and were treated to many different cowboy-like activities such as branding cattle. Each student painted a cow which was later painted-branded with a sponge brand. Several of the students who were learning about “saddling up” for their next big ride are shown here. They are Tanner Meuth, Nathanael Clifford, Jonathan Tschepi, Halle Mitchell, Hunter Dill, Dallas Garza, Dustin Grazier and Brian Griffith.
