Mayor Willrich to Make Grant Request Presentation Lexington Mayor Robert Willrich, Sr. - Lexington Mayor Robert Willrich, Sr. will be traveling to Austin to the Capital Area Planning Council on March 31 to make a presentation for a request for a 2005-2006 Texas Community Development Grant. The amount being sought is $250,000 that would be used to continue the City’s wastewater system improvements.
