- The Lexington Eagle Football Team will take the field at Eagle Stadium Friday night at 7:30 pm, celebrating Homecoming. During half-time activities, the Homecoming Queen will be announced. The Queen's Court includes Tiffany Pelt, Krystal Cooper-Benson, Sara Johnson and Beth Lamb.

Also announced at Friday's will be Class Favorites. Representing the Freshmen class are Andrew Wolridge and Bailey Wren. Sophomores Cameron Brademan and Nicki Lamb have been selected by their class. And Tyler Cook and April Flores were designate as Class Favorites for the Junior Class.

The Eagles take on Lago Vista in Friday night's game. The Eagles are 7-1 for the season and 4-1 in District play. Academy has the same District record as Lexington, but are 6-2 for the season. Only Rogers is ranked higher than Lexington in District 25-AA. Rogers takes on Salado on Friday night, a team whose District record is 3-2. Lago Vista District standing is 0-5, with a season record of 3-5.

In the predictions for October 29's action, Lexington is chosen to win their Homecoming game. Academy's prediction is 4-1 to win.
