Tuesday's Internet Edition, July 08, 2008. Lexington Chamber of Commerce Christmas Dinner - Fried turkey will be the featured dish at this year’s Lexington Chamber of Commerce Christmas dinner. The dinner will be held on Monday, December 13, from 7 - 9 pm at the former Tootsie’s Restaurant. All Chamber members, as well as anyone interested in joining the Chamber or in participating in any of this year’s Chamber of Commerce events, are welcome at the dinner. There is no charge for this event. The dinner is also to benefit the Lexington Police Department’s Blue Santa toy drive. All individuals or groups attending the dinner are asked to bring one new, unwrapped toy to the dinner, as well as one dish for the meal - appetizer, side dish or dessert.
