Kerry Bexley, owner of Snow’s, didn’t have much time to raise his head on Saturday. His restaurant began to fill up at 8 a.m. that morning and he didn’t stop slicing brisket until he ran out about noon. That’s one of his daughters, Ally, at the left, grinning at the customers in line at the counter. And of course, Tootsie, Kerry’s famed pit master-ette, was busy at the pits, keeping the steam table stocked and ready for Kerry’s knife. 23p5.jpg
