Members of the Austin Police Bomb Squad came to Lexington last Thursday for a training session on dealing with explosives. They taught members of the Lexington Police Department, along with a representative from the Lee County Sheriff’s Office. Lexington Police Chief Randy Davenport arranged the classes, which included explosive demonstrations at the City Yard.
