Eunice Wilda Tyler

Graveside services for Eunice Tyler, 93, of Friendswood, Texas, were held on Tuesday, November 6, 2018 at Adina Cemetery in Adina, Texas with Rev. Freddy Murphy officiating.

Eunice Wilda (Langham) Tyler was born on October 16, 1925 in Lexington, Texas to Austin L. & Addie E. (Byrum) Langham. She was united in marriage to Roy Tyler, A World War II veteran, for 56 years, on February 23, 1940 in Lee County, Texas. This union was blessed with two children, Dale and Rick. Eunice was a homemaker, and during World War II she worked in a department store in Houston, Texas. She loved cooking, shopping, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Eunice passed away the evening of Thursday, November 1, 2018 at the Baywood Crossing Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Pasadena.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Austin & Addie Langham; husband, Roy Tyler; one sister, Oreta Petrich and one brother, William T. Langham.

She is survived by her daughter, Dale Estlinbaum & her husband, John of Boerne; son, Rick Tyler and his wife, Barbara of Deer Park; five grandchildren, Virginia (Estlinbaum) Platz of Cedar Park, John Estlinbaum of Friendswood, Jason Estlinbaum & his wife, Charlene of Friendswood, Stacey Metayer & her husband, Jean- Michel of Crawford and Amber Childers & her husband, Ryan of Pasadena; eleven great grandchildren, John Schneider, James Schneider, Thayde Estlinbaum, Kamden Estlinbaum, Tristan Metayer, Weston Metayer, Preston Metayer, Tyler Childers, Austin Childers, Ava Childers and Noah Childers.
