Fourteen Indicted

Fourteen people were indicted by the Lee County Grand Jury last Friday, April 28. Juan Ramon Salomon, 37 of Giddings, was indicted for evading arrest or detention with a previous conviction.

Craig Davis, 47 of Giddings, was indicted for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Aidan Patrick Halmai, 17 of League City, was indicted for burglary of a building, as was Andrew John Anguiano, 18 of League City.

Kadedra Ann Williams, 22 of Giddings, was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon – threat.

James Ray Truehitt, 51 of Marshall, Texas, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 methamphetamine, 1 to 4 grams.

Edward Brannon Barry, 30 of Giddings, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 methamphetamine, less than one gram, enhanced.

Ryan Joseph Miller, 32 of Giddings, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 methamphetamine, less than one gram.

Johnathan Cole Boswell, 34 of Giddings, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 2 psilocin, 1 to 4 grams enhanced.

Joshua Paul Clifton, 30 of La Grange, was indicted for tampering or fabricating physical evidence with intent to impair, enhanced.

Robert Richard Payment, 37 of Pflugerville, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 heroin, less than one gram.

Sara Ann Rodriguez, 40 of Austin, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 heroin, less than one gram.

Travis Futrell Hughes, 39 of Giddings, was indicted for assault of a family or house member impede breath/ circulation.

David Steven Ator, 61 of Giddings, was indicted for assault of a family or house member impede breath/ circulation.
