A Message from the Mayor

by Alan Milligan, Mayor, City of Lexington, Texas

When we are caught up in the every-day challenges of life, we sometimes forget how many friendships we have made over the years and how many milestones we have reached. That is why Lexington’s annual Homecoming is a great way to bring all those friends and memories back to the community.

You know we must be doing something right, because it sure seems like Homecoming gets bigger and bigger every year. It means a lot to me to see everyone still coming together in support of this small town community.

I say we give a big “thank you” to the Chamber of Commerce for this 52nd year of Homecoming and all the work they do to put it together for everyone to enjoy.

Thank you all for your commitments and pride you have in your community.

Stay safe and hope to see you there!
