Come visit the library and check out some of the new books and CDs:

The library has a new assortment of books and CDs for your reading and listening enjoyment. Come by the library and check out some of the new titles. There are also magazines and movies available.

HOW TO RESTORE YOUR FARM TRACTOR by Tharran Gaines — A restoration guide with the kind of detail needed for a first-class job. Tharran Gaines’ expert DIY guide will walk you step-by-step through the complete restoration of your tractor, from disassembly to engine rebuild, electrics, painting, and final detailing. There’s even a handy section on parts sources.

This book was given to the library in memory of David L. Hutchinson by Mary Sue Placke.

THE GRADUAL by Christopher Priest — Alesandro Sussken is a composer living in Glaund, a fascist state constantly at war with another equally faceless opponent. His brother is sent off to fight; his family is destroyed by grief. Composer Alesandro’s life changes when he is sent on a cultural tour of the forbidden islands. This book was given to the library in memory of Olefia Saegert by Gary & Nancy Doyle.

BLACK BOY (American Hunger): A Record of Childhood and Youth – Biography by Richard Wright — The author relates his life as an African American growing up in the South during the Jim Crow years.

COMPACT FARMS by Josh Volk —Josh Volk, the proprietor of Slow Hand Farm with 20 years experience of managing small farms in the United States presents detailed farm layouts for productivity and efficiency for small farms on 5 acres or less.

BUILD YOUR OWN BRICK HOUSE by Gerald Cole — This book follows the process of a self-build, using traditional brick and block techniques, enabling the self-builder to understand both the individual stages and the nature of the build as a whole. This book was given to the library in memory of David L. Hutchinson by Mike and Minnie Simmang.

STANLEY DECKS: A HOMEOWNER’S GUIDE – by David Toht – Is a comprehensive visual guide packed with hundreds of step-by-step photos and information for adding, replacing or upgrading an existing deck. This book was given to the library in memory of David L. Hutchinson by Mike and Minnie Simmang.

Take time out to come to the library and browse the new books and CDs. The library’s hours are Monday through Friday l0:00 am. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
