Was going to write my usual Halloween column reminding good Christians everywhere that the day was originally “All Hallows Eve” and therefore is not to be feared or condemned.  But, in my extensive driving around the state, I kept seeing all of these “pop-up” Halloween stores and it got me to thinking.
