Eleven Indictments Handed Down

The Lee County Grand Jury handed down eleven indictments last Thursday, four to Lexington individuals.

Devan Nail, 22 of Lexington, was indicted for forgery by passing – four counts.

Samuel Martin Wesson, 29 of Lexington, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 (4-200 grams).

Travis Elliott Wise, 24 of Lexington, was indicted on two counts, one for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon and another for possession of a prohibited weapon.

Elizabeth Danielle Freitag, 22 of Rockdale, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, penalty group 1 (4-200 grams).

Elizabeth Michelle Martin, 24 of Houston, was indicted for aggravated assault/family violence with a deadly weapon.

Alondrea Jordan Mitchell, 21 of Giddings, was indicted for tampering with, or fabricating evidence.

Derrick Moore, 31 of New Braunfels, was indicted for sexual assault of a child.

William Logan Perry, 21 of Giddings, was indicted for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Mario Salomon, 39 of Giddings, was indicted for evading arrest or detention with a vehicle with one prior felony, and also for a second count of evading arrest or detention with a previous conviction.
