Seventeen Indicted

Seventeen people were indicted by the Lee County Grand Jury last Wednesday, August 7, 2013. Nathan Arbuckle, 29 of Rockdale, was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Jason Wayne Clark, 31 of Giddings, was indicted for burglary of a building and engaging in organized criminal activity. Stephen French, 49 of Lincoln, was also indicted for burglary of a building and engaging in organized criminal activity.

Christian Jay Garcia, 20 of Giddings, was indicted for burglary of a habitation and theft of a firearm. Delia Gonzales, 49 of Giddings, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, (penalty Group 1) – methamphetamine, less than 1 gram. Chestene Hancock, 52 of Ledbetter, was indicted for aggravated assault.

Oscar Tovar Hernandez, 45 of Giddings, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, (penalty Group 1) – methamphetamine, less than 1 gram. Tjaden Jackson, 31 of Reserve, Louisiana, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, (penalty Group 4) – Codeine, possession of a prohibited substance in a correctional facility, and possession of marijuana, 4 oz. – 5 lbs.

Brian Moore, 18 of Giddings State School, was indicted for retaliation. Caleb Parker, 18 of Giddings State School, was indicted for indecency with a child – sexual contact. Ashley Aneika Porter, 27 of La Place, Louisiana, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, (penalty Group 4) – Codeine. Kimberly Sue Powell, 27 of Lincoln, was indicted for burglary of a building and engaging in organized criminal activity.

Maurilio Rivera, Jr., 29 of Giddings, was indicted for indecency with a child – sexual contact. Anthony Dwayne Stull, Jr., 40 of Spring, Texas, was indicted for theft ($1,500 - $20,000) and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Raul Tello, 46 of Giddings, was indicted for escape with bodily injury. Brian Keith Turner, Jr., 29 of Tomball, was indicted for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle. Bobby Van Whiteside, 66 of Waco, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance, (penalty Group 1) – cocaine, less than 1 gram.
