Five Sentenced in District Court

Three indictments were handed down in the 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County on July 1, 2013, with the Honorable Judge Reva Towslee-Corbett presiding.

Aubrey Lee Carpenter, 24 of Brenham, was indicted for Forgery-Possession with Intent to Pass-Government Money and was sentenced to three years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and fined $1,628.00 fees, court costs, and restitution.

Kesean Tyrell Graves, 22 of Giddings, was indicted on two counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of a Controlled Substance –Cocaine, 4,200 Grams; and was sentenced to 180 days confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, ten years probation and fined $2,426.00 fees and restitution, and 200 hours community service restitution: Intermediate Sanctions Facility.

Also in 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County on July 11, 2013, with the Honorable Judge Carson Campbell presiding,

Christopher Devon Wolridge, 38 of Giddings, was indicted for Criminal Attempt-Sexual Assault and sentenced to six years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice and was fined $529.00 court costs and sex offender registration.

Phyllis Michele Bradshaw, 47 of Giddings, was indicted for Theft-Less Than $1,500 with two of more prior convictions and was sentenced to seven months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Division and was fined $278.00 court costs.
