Summer Women’s Bible Study
A Summer Women’s Bible Study, which started June 10, will be held at the Lexington United Methodist Church on Monday mornings. The study will focus on Gideon: Your weakness, God’s Strength.
From a state of fear, weakness, and insecurity, Gideon emerged as Israel’s hero, filled with God’s presence and His passion for deliverance. This study will encourage you to recognize your weakness as the key that the Lord gives to unlock the full experience of His strength in your life. In what ways do you feel insufficient? Those places create the greatest opportunity to experience the sufficiency of God. Instead of ignoring, neglecting, or trying to escape your weaknesses, see them as the gifts that they are, given specifically and strategically by God to unlock the door of God’s strength.
Come join us, even if you didn’t start last Monday! Rachel Richards and Cinda Lewis will be leading us through this course.
The Bible study is free, but we ask that you register and pay for your study book: $13, paid on the first day.
Registration forms are available at the church office. This study includes a video lecture and small group sharing. Childcare provided for nursery- elementary.
