Six People Sentenced in District Court

Six people were sentenced in the 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County, on May 9, 2013, with the Honorable Judge Reva Towslee- Corbett presiding.

Allen Sharell Bledsoe, 27 of Giddings, had his probation revoked and was sentenced to seven years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for Burglary of a Habitation. He was also sentenced to 180 days in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Division for Theft with two Prior Convictions, on a second charge. He was ordered to pay a total of $3,406.97 in Court Costs, Fines and Restitution.

Ke’Leon Sattlewhite, 18, of Giddings State School, was sentenced to four years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for Assault on a Public Servant, and was ordered to pay $278 in Court Costs.

Lugene Scott, 18, of Giddings State School, was sentenced to three years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for Indecency with a Child – Exposure, and was ordered to pay $594 in Court Costs. He was also required to register as a Sex Offender.

Shauneka Lavannah Gage, 30 of Brenham, was sentenced to eight months in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Division for Credit Card Abuse or Debit Card Abuse and was ordered to pay $1,993.44 in Court Costs, Fines and Restitution.

Oscar Tovar Hernandez, 45 of Giddings, was sentenced to two terms of ten years probation, consecutively, on two counts of Burglary of a Habitation, and 180 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center for Theft - $ 1,500-$20,000. He was ordered to pay a total of $3,021 in Fines, Court Costs, and Court Appointed Attorney Fees.

Clifton Jermaine Bradshaw, 24 of Giddings, was sentenced to ten years probation for Assault of a Family Member/Household Member – with One Prior Conviction. He was ordered to pay a total of $2,363 in Fines, Court Costs and Court Appointed Attorney Fees, and to perform 200 hours of Community Service Restitution.
