The Godfather Returns by Mark Winegardner is a sequel to Mario Puzo’s novelThe Godfather” which continues the saga of the Corleone family, beginning in 1955 and recounting the events that occurred between the end of the original novel and the episodes chronicled in Coppola’s movie sequels.

Triple Cross by Mark T. Sullivan is a thriller that makes one wonder why the bottom dropped out of the stock market. It presents tension and imagination from the very first page. It has strong characters and suspense enough for the most demanding reader.

Theodore Boone the Abduction by John Grisham is another adventure and the stakes are higher than ever. When Theodore’s best friend, April, disappears from her bedroom in the middle of the night, no one, not even Theo Boone, who better than anyone, has answers.

One Fifth Avenue by Candace Bushnell is a modern-day story of old and new, the always combustible mix that Edith Wharton mastered in her novels about New York’s Gilded Age and that F.Scott Fitzgerald illuminated in his Jazz Age tales.

Quite A Year For Plums by Bailey White introduces us to the peculiar yet lovable people who inhabit a small town in South Georgia. You will meet Roger,the peanut pathologist, Roger’s exmother in-law Louise, and Della, the bird artist who captivates Roger with various enigmatic notes.
