From the Chef’s Corner
2 lg. russet potatoes
1 cup milk
1 stick butter or margarine
1 cup shredded swiss cheese or cheddar
2-3 strips bacon, cooked very crisp, crumbled
3 T chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Cook potatoes until done. Add next three ingredients, salt, and pepper. Mix potato mixture with electric mixer until potatoes are crumble-like; not too smooth. Add crumbled bacon and green onions.
Serve hot! Good with grilled steaks.
