Dispositions in the 21st Judicial District of Lee County

Four dispositions were handed down in the 21st Judicial District of Lee County Texas on February 21, 2013, with the Honorable Judge Terry Flenniken presiding, and four more were handed down on February 28, 2013, with the Honorable Judge Carson Campbell presiding.

On February 21, Donta Marquice Waddell, 24 of Giddings, saw her probation revoked and she was sentenced to four years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance -Cocaine 1-4 Grams.

Also, Candice Marie Iselt, 27 of Lexington, had her probation revoked and was sentenced to three years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for Forgery by Passing.

The third to be sentenced on the 21st was Tory Ian Stelly, 18 of the Giddings State School. Stelly was sentenced to one year confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Division for Assault on a Public Servant, and was ordered to pay $304 in Court Costs, a $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee, and a $34 DNA Testing Fee.

Then, Daniel Stephen Bartek, 39 of Alvin, TX was sentenced to ten months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Division for Unauthorized Use of Vehicle. He was ordered to pay $304 in Court Costs, a $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee, and a $34 DNA Testing Fee.

A week later, Brandon Jerome Patterson, 22 of Ledbetter, was sentenced to three years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for Sexual Assault of a Child. He was ordered to register as a Sex Offender and ordered to pay $304 in Court Costs, a $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee, a $34 DNA Testing Fee, and $100 to the Child Abuse Prevention Fund.

Christopher Figueroa, 18 of the Giddings State School, was sentenced to three years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Division for Assault on a Public Servant. He was ordered to pay $304 in Court Costs, a $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee, and a $34 DNA Testing Fee.

Destiny Nichole Robertson, 23 of Dime Box, saw her probation revoked as she was sentenced to four years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for Aggravated Assault Causing Serious Bodily Injury.

Andy Lee Rife, 29 of Lexington, also had his probation revoked and he was sentenced to 540 days confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice.
