Dispositions in the 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County

Five dispositions were handed down in the 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County on February 14, 2013, with the Honorable Judge Carson Campbell presiding.

Mark James Burton, 44 of Corpus Christi, was sentenced to five years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for driving while intoxicated, subsequent. He was ordered to pay a $1000 fine, a $400 Court Appointed Attorney Fee, $100 to the EMS Trauma Fund, a $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee, a $34 DNA Testing Fee, and a $15 Video Fee. He was also ordered to perform 300 hours community service restitution. His Driver’s License was suspended for one year.

Jason Ray Schulze 40, of Lexington, was sentenced to three years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for assault- family violence - impeding breath/circulation. He was also sentenced to 180 days in the TDCJ State Jail Division and had his probation revoked for burglary of a building. In the first case, he was ordered to pay $1982 Restitution, $304 in Court Costs, a $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee, a $34 DNA Testing Fee, and $100 to the Family Violence Center Fund.

Douglas Edward Schneider, 21 of Manor, was sentenced to two years probation for attempted unauthorized use of a vehicle. He was ordered to pay $1355.40 Restitution, a $400 Fine, $304 in Court Costs, a $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee, and a $34 DNA Testing Fee. He was also ordered to perform 100 hours community service restitution.

Robert Hampton Roiser, 45 of Caldwell, had his probation revoked and was sentenced to ten months confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice State Jail Division for possession of a controlled substance – cocaine, less than one gram.
