County Grand Jury Hands Down Fifteen Indictments
Fifteen indictments were handed down by the Lee County Grand Jury on February 15, 2013, several from the Giddings State School.
Daniel Stephen Bartek, 30 of Spring, was indicted for Unauthorized Use of Vehicle.
Amanda Marie Christianson, 24 of Giddings, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Methamphetamine, Less than 1 Gram.
Randal Stuart Derego, 20 of Giddings, was indicted for Online Solicitation of a Minor.
Michael James Drews, 40 of Ledbetter, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated – 3rd or More.
Christopher Figueroa, 18, Joseph McCorkindale, 17, Troy Ian Stelly, 18, Archie Zacchaeus, 18, and Jayme Lee Zgraggen, 18, all of Giddings State School, were indicted for Assault on a Public Servant.
Gregory Howard Leveret, 53 of Cypress, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated – 3rd or More, Habitual Offender.
Charity Nichole Patranelia, 27 of Rockdale, was indicted for Theft of Copper Less Than $20,000 – Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity.
Marcus Earl Satterwhite, 23 of Giddings, was indicted for Assault on a Public Servant – Count One and Count Two, and Harassment of a Public Servant.
Edward Charles Smith, 58 of Dime Box, was indicted for Driving While Intoxicated – 3rd or More.
Jeremy Williams, 17, Giddings State School, was indicted for Retaliation.
