A Full Dockett for District Court

Eight people were sentenced in the 21st Judicial Court of Lee County on January 17, 2013, with the Honorable Judge Carson Campbell presiding, and an additional five more were sentenced on January 24, with the Honorable Reva Towslee-Corbet presiding.

Monte Virgil Kellam, 55 of Bastrop, was sentenced to five years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Methamphetamine 1-4 grams. He was ordered to pay a total of $988 in court costs, fees, fines and restitution.

Justin Neal Cordes, 30 of Bastrop, was sentenced to a year of confinement in the TDCJ for Fraudulent Use or Possession of Identifying Information. He was ordered to pay a total of $788 in court costs and fees, and $68.99 in restitution.

Stephen Perle Robinson, 52 of Lincoln, was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the TDCJ, probated 10 years, with a SCRAM Device installed, two year Driver’s License Suspension, and 350 hours of Community Service Restitution, for Driving While Intoxicated- Subsequent. He was ordered to pay a total of $4,504 in fines, court costs and fees.

Hershari Devonne Boxton, 33 of Del Valle, was sentenced to 7 years confinement in the TDCJ, probated 7 years, and 30 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center. He was ordered to have a Vehicle Interlock Device Installated, one year Driver’s License Suspension, and to enter into an Intermediate Sanctions Facility, for Driving While Intoxicated-Subsequent. He was ordered to pay a total of $3,523 in fines, restitution, court costs and fees.

Hailey Nichoal Adams, 19 of Lexington, was sentenced to four years of Deferred Adjudication, and 100 hours of Community Service Restitution for Burglary of Habitation-Engaged in Organized Criminal Activity. She was ordered to pay a total of $1,538 in fines, court costs, and fees.

Samuel Lee Perez, 34 of Giddings, was sentenced to two years confinement in the TDCJ, probated for two years, and 100 hours Community Service Restitution for Aggravated Assault-Attempt. He was ordered to pay a total of $1,678 in fines, restitution, court costs and fees.

Jose Alejandro Luna-Alvarez, 22 of Lexington, was sentenced to one year confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center, probated two years, and 100 hours Community Service Restitution for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Cocaine, Less than 1 Gram. He was ordered to pay a total of $1,988 in fines, restitution, court costs and fees.

Timothy Paul Bradshaw, 34 of Elgin, was sentenced to 30 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center for Assault-Family Violence. He was ordered to pay a total of $1,488 in court costs, fines and fees.

Ramon L. Saldana, 19 of Giddings, had his probation revoked and was sentenced to four years in the TDCJ for having a prohibited substance in a secure correctional facility. He was ordered to pay a total of $848 in court costs and fees.

Justin Jerell Williams, 18 of Giddings State School, was sentenced for Assault of a Public Servant and Harassment of a Public Servant. He was sentenced to two two-year terms in the TDCJ and ordered to pay a total of $1,576 in court costs and fees.

Byron Lydell Cook, 25 of Giddings, had his probation revoked for Possession of a Controlled Substance and was ordered to spend 365 days in the TDCJ and pay $400 in fees.

Brandun Moore, 26 of College Station, had his probation revoked for Possession of a Controlled Substance and was ordered to spend nine months in the TDCJ and pay $400 in fees.

Aaron Dashae Sheppard, 19 of Lexington, was given five years probation, 20 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center, and 100 hours Community Service Restitution, for Burglary of a Habitation – Engaging in Criminal Activity. He was ordered to pay a total of $2,038 in court costs, fines and fees.
