Four Sentenced in District Court
Four people were sentenced in the 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County on December 17, 2012, with the Honorable Terry Flenniken presiding.
Thomas Van Martin Kieschnick, 62 of Lincoln, was sentenced to 10 years confinement in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, probated ten years, for hindering a secured creditor. He was ordered to pay a$1,000 fine, $304 in court costs, $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper fee and a $34 DNA Testing fee.
David Jacob Sims, 20 of Lexington, was sentenced to five years confinement in the TDCJ, probated five years, for burglary of a habitation, engaging in organized criminal activity. He was ordered to pay a total of $2,038 in fines, court costs and fees.
Lance O’Neil Dreary, 31 of Smithville, was given four years probation for assault of a family/ household member with a previous conviction. He was ordered to pay a total of $1,388 in fines, court costs and fees.
Ernesto Resindez Arellano, 25 of Elgin, was sentenced to 80 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information – less than five items. He was ordered to pay a $3,112 fine, $304 in court costs, and $84 in fees.
