BLUE SANTA

TIME IS JUST AROUND THE CORNER

We have been giving gifts to children for 30 years, and with your help, we will be able to help needy children have a brighter Christmas. We need businesses and individuals to generously donate toys and money to your Lee County Blue Santa program. .

We are looking forward to another busy year and it’s time for Santa’s helpers to start thinking about what is going to be needed to support the needy children of Lee County.

We will take names of our needy children starting November 17th and take names until December 10th. People can call the Sheriff’s Office at 542-2800 or the Giddings Police Department at 540-2700 or bring your names by one of these offices.

We are planning to have our annual auction on December 1st starting at 5:00 pm. We are grateful to Circle W for hosting this event again. For those of you who would like to make donations, please contact Circle W or Sheriff’s Office before December 1st. We encourage all to come and have a good time and support Blue Santa.

We are planning to wrap gifts on Saturday, December 15th at the 698 W. Hempstead. A big Thank You goes out to Mrs. Prihoda for letting us use her building for getting gifts organized, and wrapping. If your organization can help us wrap, please call Sheriff’s Office at 542-2800. With over 1,200 gifts to wrap, we need plenty of help, or just show up about 8 am and we’ll put you to work.

JESUS IS THE REASON FOR THE SEASON PUTTING BIG SMILES ON LITTLE FACES IS OUR GOAL
