Lexington Garden Club Learns About Water Gardening

The Lexington Garden Club held their October 11th meeting at the home of Sharon and Tom Murphy. Host Tom Murphy was also the speaker and gave a presentation on *Water Gardening*, along with a tour of their beautiful gardens.

Assisting Sharon as co hostesses were Pat Ahrendt, Lou Peebles,and Lynn Speier. The club will meet November 8th, 2012 at 8:30 am on the Square for a trip to Brenham where they will visit the Antique Rose Emporium and Ellison’s Greenhouses.

Also, on November 15th, 2012 at 9:00 am, the Lexington Garden Club will meet at St. James Lutheran Parish Hall to make Thanksgiving baskets. All members are asked to please bring two dozen cookies.
