Grand Jury Indicts 17
The Lee County Grand Jury convened on Friday, September 21, and faced a large docket that resulted in 17 people being indicted. A Lexington man was indicted for burglary, and twelve Giddings people were indicted for a number of charges.
Simon Arthur Cardenas, 17 of Lexington, was indicted for burglary of a building, count one and two.
From Giddings, Alicia Anne Cason, 24, was indicted for aggravated assault causing bodily injury with a deadly weapon; Jose Alberto Cisneros, 30, was indicted for aggravated robbery and for burglary of a habitation; Brandon Jamal Gouldin, 17 (TYC) was indicted for assault against a public servant; Toni Mondrelle James a.k.a. Toni Mondrelle Cook, 30, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance – cocaine, less than one gram; Paul Joe Rodriguez, 20, was indicted for forgery by passing; Erik Deshaun Sheppard, 31, was indicted for assault on a public servant – habitual felony offender; LaJune Cheri Sims, 27, was indicted for credit card or debit card abuse; Mary Cisneros Tello, 56, was indicted for aggravated robbery; Devon Andrew Thomas, 18 (TYC), was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon causing bodily injury; Justin Jerell Williams, 17 (TYC), was indicted for assault against a public servant; Christopher Devon Wolridge, 37, was indicted for criminal attempt – sexual assault, habitual felony offender; and Malik Shakir Woods, 17 (TYC) was indicted for assault against a public servant.
Timothy Paul Bradshaw, 34 of Elgin, was indicted for assault of a family/household member, impeding breath/circulation, causing bodily injury.
Mark James Burton, 43 of Corpus Christi, Texas, was indicted for driving while intoxicated – subsequent.
Wyatt Cordel Johnston, 17 of LaGrange, was indicted for aggravated sexual assault and Stephen Perle Robinson, 42 of Lincoln, was indicted for driving while intoxicated – subsequent.
