The Giddings Public Library will be celebrating the Texas Word Wrangler Book Festival 2012 on Friday, September 14, 2012. Come and join us to meet the authors in person. Look at their books, you may find one or more that you want to purchase for yourself or someone else. Listed below are some of the books.

Dance Y’all Dance by Kelley Bennett tells the story of one perfect night at the dance hall. Told in a rollicking two-step rhythm, we see the whole community drop their cares and come together for some foottappin’ action. Time After Time: Tales Of Temporal Dichotomy by Kimberly Burgess-Taylor transports your time and space to remote galaxies where trouble, big trouble is brewing.

The Marshal’s Lady by Connie Carson is a story about Amber and Seth. They did not meet under the best of circumstances but soon found they had a strong attraction for each other that eventually turned to love. Together they face the adversities in the still untamed American West. Through The Eyes Of Innocence by Cindy Cerney is a beautiful photographic edition that captures in verse what the photographers have immortalized on film. Innocence is personified on each previous and often precocious face. Page by page the reader is captivated by the purity at the subject matter and delighted by the quality of each image.

A Bug Who Needs A Hug and Hug A Bug Travels To Egypt by Anna Church is about a cute little fuzzy character, Hug-A-Bug who finds a new friend to hug while traveling in Egypt.
