Michelle Lynn Iselt

Michelle passed away unexpectedly the morning of Sunday, July 29, 2012 at St. David’s Medical Center in Austin.

Michelle Lynn Iselt was born on February 13, 1973 in Houston, Texas to Delbert & Donna (Reno) Iselt. She was baptized on April 22, 1973 at Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Houston and confirmed on April 12, 1987 at St. James Lutheran Church in Lexington. Michelle was a member of the Lexington High School Class of 1991 and had been employed as an Executive Account Officer at Capital One Bank. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, playing moon, taking care of her dogs and playing with kids. She loved shopping, cooking and working in banking.

Michelle was preceded in death by her mother, Donna Reno; her grandparents, Erma Iselt and Marvin & Kate Reno and a great aunt, Lorine Iselt.

She is survived by two brothers, Michael Iselt of Houston and Tracy & Crystal Iselt of Lincoln; nieces & nephew, Amber & Travis Slusher of Lincoln, Tyler Iselt of Lincoln,and Rebecca Iselt of Houston; father, Delbert Iselt of Lexington; grandfather, Leonard Iselt of Giddings; great uncle, Melvin Iselt of Lincoln; uncles & aunts, Wilbert & Linda Iselt of Lexington, Dennis & Dorothy Iselt of Lincoln, Cecile & Gerald Brade of Lincoln and Susan & Alvin Hannes of Dime Box; special friends, Russell Friedrich & Eddie Bob Jaeger both of Giddings, as well as several cousins, other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services were 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, August 2, 2012 at Trinity Lutheran Church in Fedor, with Rev. Leif Hasskarl officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery.

Serving as pallbearers were Bryan Iselt, Scott Iselt, Dennis Iselt Jr., Jon Iselt, Chris Brade and Brandon Brade.

Memorials may be made to the Trinity Lutheran Cemetery Fund, the American Diabetes Association or to the charity of one’s choice.
