Lexington Celebrates 4th of July in the Park

The park was full of families on pallets, and folding chairs in the back of pickup trucks. Some enjoyed a picnic at the covered tables. The music from the park pavillion was provided by local DJ Bill Tucker. The patriotic music gave all who listened the opportunity to enjoy a time to reflect on the freedom enjoyed in our great country that our

Fourth of July celebration honored. At dark colorful fireworks filled the night sky. They were set off by by the Lexington Volunteer Fire Department.
