Lee County Grand Jury Indicts 15

The Lee County Grand Jury indicted 15 people, for a total of 23 infractions, on Friday, June 8.

Louis D. Byers, 18 of the Texas Youth Commission in Giddings, was indicted for assault against a public servant.

Toni Mondrelle James, 30 of Giddings, was indicted for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon – threat and for criminal mischief ($1,500 to $20,000).

Ricardo Jimenez, Jr., 30 of Paige, was indicted for indecency with a child.

Eldridge Jones, III, 55 of Cameron, was indicted for theft - $1,500 to $20,000.

Gregory Paul Lockett, 50 of Burton, was indicted for burglary of a habitation – assault, repeat felony offender.

Bonnie Lee Mathis, 19 of Ledbetter, was indicted for sexual assault of a child.

Brandon Jerome Patterson, 22 of Giddings, was indicted for sexual assault of a child.

Jason Ray Schulze, 39 of Lexington, was indicted for burglary of a building and for theft, less than $1,500 with two or more previous convictions.

Lloyd Wayne Tillman, 32 of Lincoln, was indicted on three counts: forgery; credit card or debit card abuse; and evading arrest or detention with a vehicle.

Shawn Vasquez, 17 of Texas Youth Commission in Giddings, was indicted for assault against a public servant.

Franco Villela-Segundo, 27 of Giddings, was indicted for driving while intoxicated with child passenger.

Terry Lance Weber, 51 of Elgin, was indicted for driving while intoxicated – subsequent.

Jamal Rasheed Williams, 32 of Lexington, was indicted for two counts of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon – threat and for two counts of aggravated kidnapping. He was also indicted for burglary of a habitation – assault.

Marc Trace Wyatt, 44 of Austin, was indicted for criminal mischief - $20,000 to $100,000, habitual felony offender.

Patricia A. Whatley, 65 of Dime Box, was indicted for cruelty to non-livestock animals – misdemeanor.
