Grand Jury Indicts Eight
The Lee County Grand Jury handed down ten indictments on eight individuals on Friday, March 30. Adrian Aguilar, 26 of LaGrange, was indicted for two infractions: one for tampering with or fabricating physical evidence and a second for unlawful possession of a firearm by a felon. Aaron Jovan Allen, 17 of TYC in Giddings, was also indicted for two infractions, both for assault against a public servant.
Eugene Brooks, III, 18 of TYC in Giddings, was indicted for indecency with a child. Christopher Lee Cruce, 26 of Pittsburgh, Texas, was indicted for jumping bail and failure to appear – felony.
Shauneka Lavannah Gage, 29 of Brenham, was indicted for credit card or debit card abuse.
Michael Quinn Gentry, 37 of Giddings, was indicted for theft, $1,500- $20,000, against an elderly individual.
Sarahbeth Emery Lester, 21 of Houston, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance – amphetamine, less than one gram.
Nicholas Dwayne Rogers, 26 of Giddings, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance with intent to deliver – alprazolam, less than 28 grams.
