Austin Man Gets 4 Years
An Austin man was sentenced to two consecutive two-year jail terms for theft in Judge Terry Flenniken’s 21st Judicial District Court last Thursday. Four others were also sentenced during the proceedings.
William Allen Dickerson, IV, 35 of Austin, was also ordered to pay a total of $4,030.42 in court costs, fees and restitution on Thursday for being found guilty of Theft and Theft of Check $ 1,500- $20,000.
Glen Ray Mason, 23 of Thorndale, had his original sentence revoked and the Judge ordered him to spend five years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for injury to a child. The court also added an additional $400 to costs they had already assessed against him.
Samantha Nicole Davis, 26 of Aransas Pass, was sentenced to seven years confinement in the TDCJ, probated seven years, for theft of $500 to $1,500, setting off a fire exit alarm and engaging in organized criminal activity. She was also ordered to pay a total of $2,288 in court costs, fees and fines. She will also spend 60 days confined in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center as a condition of her probation.
Lepree Deneane Fillmore, 18 of Bryan, was sentenced to six years confinement in the TDCJ, probated six years, for aggravated assault causing serious bodily injury. Fillmore was ordered to pay $788 in court costs and fees and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service restitution. The defendant was ordered to write a letter of apology to the victim and will spend 90 days in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center as a condition of probation.
Mark Edward Skipper, 36 of Houston, was sentenced for robbery. He had his original sentence revoked and he was sent to the TDCJ jail facility for seven years.
