The Fayette County Country Music Club will host their monthly Opry on Monday, January 16, 2012 at the KC Hall in La Grange. The show starts at 7:30 P.M. and the doors will open at 5:30 P.M. Admission is only $5.00.

This month we are featuring:

JOHN MIKULIN was born and grew up in Dime Box Texas. He graduated from Dime Box High School and joined the Navy in which he served 10 honorable years. He now works in Austin as a Supervisor. John married in 2006 to Kelly and now has a daughter Cory who just turned 3. John started singing at an early age in the church choir and performs any time he gets the chance. John is an avid outdoorsman and thanks God each day for his many blessings and freedom.

DOTTIE JACK is no stranger to a country song. Born in Iowa, her musical family was often found entertaining for family and friends at various events and local functions. Her first on-stage performance was at the age of 12 with guitar legend Jimmy Bryant. Dottie’s first album “Texas In A Stetson” was acclaimed and received much chart success. She just recently completed her second album, “I Can’t See Texas From Here”. Dottie was a 2007 & 2008 nominee for female vocalist of the year with the Will Rogers Academy of Western Artists.

CURTIS BARFIELD is a singer and songwriter from Texas who played and sang his own original songs, as well as cover songs in the Houston area for years. And while he only recently started singing at the County Music Opry Shows, he has quickly become a “fan favorite” and has been invited back to every show he has performed on. His unique and genuine personality shines through on every song he performs.

So be sure to be with us on Monday, January 16. We promise you a GREAT SHOW.
