The Jr. High basketball team had a hard time at Lago Vista Monday night. Only the eighth grade A team won; the other three teams suffered defeat.

The seventh “B” lost 26-2 with Trey Hruska scoring the only basket.

Seven “A” almost got a win, losing to Lago Vista 22- 20. Scoring for Lexington were:Trevor Patschke 6, Nick Dillon 5, Alex Wester 4, Justin Baron 2, Ryan Garrison 1, Cameron Milligan 1, and Tanner Towry 1.

Eight “B” lost 18-4 with Cody Mitchell scoring all four points.

The Eight “A” 40-24 victory was led by Ty Iselt with 23 points. Others scoring were: Jay Cooper 8, Vance Kassner 4, Alberto Lara 2, Tyler Krenek 2, and Joey Kelley 1.
