Grand Jury Indicts 14

The Lee County Grand Jury seems to be having an extremely busy season, having met last week where they handed down sixteen indictments against fourteen people.

Alfonso, H. Balderas, Sr., 47 of Giddings, was indicted for assault – family violence causing bodily injury with a previous conviction.

William Earl Brown, also known as William Wayne Brown, 41 of Giddings, was indicted for causing injury to a disabled individual – family violence, repeat felony offender.

Latoya Fay Daniels, 28 of Giddings, was indicted for fraudulent use or possession of identifying information, less than five items.

Gerald Brady Hallford, 27 of Cypress, Texas, was indicted for driving while intoxicated with child passenger.

Jose Angel Limon, Jr. , 20 of Giddings, was indicted for sexual assault of a child.

Paul Ryan McCliney, 19 of the Texas Youth Commission, was indicted for indecency with a child.

Sharolyn Dyanne McNeil, 41 of Dime Box, was indicted for forgery against an elderly individual.

Cruz Martin Molina, 27 of Giddings, was indicted for failing to register as a sex offender.

Brandon Moore, 25 of College Station, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance – cocaine, less than one gram.

Charly Anne Price, 32 of Tomball, Texas, was indicted for fraudulent use or possession of indentifying information, less than five items.

Megan Lizet Rodriquez, 20 of Giddings, was indicted for possession of a controlled substance – cocaine, less than one gram.

Gloria Viola Sheppard, 48 of Giddings, was indicted for assault – family violence causing bodily injury, with a previous conviction.

Trisha Elaine Simpson, 20 of Lexington, was indicted for forgery by passing.

Jeramie Sherman Wyatt Vanover, 33 of Bastrop, was indicted for two counts of burglary of a habitation, repeat felony offender, and for assault against a public servant, repeat felony offender.
