Elnora Joyce Lowtrip

March 9, 1926 - December 6, 2011

Elnora Joyce Wren Lowtrip was born on March 9, 1926 in Graff, Missouri to James H. & Lillie D. (Black) Wren. She was a loving and devoted homemaker who enjoyed gardening, quilting, taking care of her animals and spending time with her children and their families.

Mrs. Lowtrip passed away the evening of Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at the Medstar Care Center in Giddings, reaching the age of 85 years, 8 months and 27 days.

She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Ted Wren; two sisters, Lelah Sullivan and Diantha Pearl Wren and a sonin law, John Elroy White.

Mrs. Lowtrip is survived by her two children, Sharon White of Giddings and Jimmy & Jeanette Miles of Willow Spring, MO; brother Paul Wren of Iowa; seven grandchildren, Johnny & Phalena White of Willow Springs, Kayla & Tiny Drews of Giddings, Jeffrey & Kyla White of Giddings; Dana Miles of Arizona; Angela & Jason Wells of Willow Springs, MO; Donald Poff of Willow Springs, MO and John & Julie Ford of Rolla, MO; nineteen great grandchildren, Vicki & Brandon Sigman of Willow Springs, MO; Rhonda & Danny Hobson of Clinton, MO; Chyann White of Willow Springs, MO; Jonathan & Lynn Ann White of Willow Springs, MO; Jessica White of Willow Springs, MO; Tyler Drews of Giddings, TX; Ashlie Conley of West Plains, MO; Abbie Conley of West Plains, MO; Zachary White of Giddings, TX; Zabrina White of Giddings, TX; Kelly Morris of Birch Tree, MO; Michael Morris of Birch Tree, MO; Curtis Haffer of Willow Springs, MO; Zachary Wells of Birch Tree, MO; William Haffer of Willow Springs, MO; Katana Wells of Willow Springs, MO; Cattibrie Wells of Willow Springs, MO; Caleb Ford of Rolla, MO and Robert Ford of Rolla, MO; five great great grandchildren, Khrisa Hobson of Clinton, MO; Hailey Sigman of Willow Springs, MO; Alexis Sigman of Willow Springs, MO; Kailene White of Willow Springs, MO; and Kinsley White of Willow Springs, MO. Elnora is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.

Private family services will be held in Missouri at a later date.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society or the charity of one’s choice.
