4-H News Southern Classic

December 10 & 11

The Southern Classic, a show animal clinic and prospect show, will be held at the Brazos County Expo Center in Bryan on December 10 and 11.

The Classic provides an educational opportunity for 4-H and FFA families needing experience in the show ring. The event is designed for beef, lamb, goat, poultry, rabbits and swine. Poultry and rabbit projects do not have prospect show.

Beef cattle, swine, lambs and goats projects on site Saturday are not required to stay overnight. To compete in the show ring on Sunday, exhibitors are required to participate in the educational clinics on Saturday.

Register on- line at https:// texas.4honline.com. The cost is $ 15/ person or $ 60/ family if registered before December 2. Parents must register as well. Lunch on Saturday is included in the registration. Late registration is $20/person or $80/family.
