The Lexington City Council met in regular session on Wednesday, November 9th, 2011, at 6:00 p.m., at the Woodson Community Center.

Present were Mayor Robert Willrich, Sr., Councilpersons Opal Lewis, Tim Brown, Greg Langehennig, Lori Barnikow and William Langehennig.

Mayor Robert Willrich, Sr. brought the meeting to order and welcomed the guest.

There was no citizen input.

Tim Brown made the motion to approve the minutes for October 12th & 27th, 2011. Lori Barnikow seconded the motion. Vote 5 for.

Lori Barnikow made the motion to approve paying bills for the month of October, 2011. Tim Brown seconded the motion. Vote 5 for.

Tim Brown made the motion to table agenda item #6 to act upon creation of a library under the terms of the will of Donald Webb. Opal Lewis seconded the motion. Vote 5 for.

Tim Brown made the motion to accept the report for Reveille Broadband and to re-evaluate service and account in the future. Opal Lewis seconded the motion. Vote 5 for.

Greg Langehennig made the motion to approve financial report. Tim Brown seconded the motion. Vote 5 for.

Tim Brown made the motion to approve budget report. Opal Lewis seconded the motion. Vote 5 for.

Tim Brown made the motion to approve police report. Opal Lewis seconded the motion. Vote 5 for.

Tim Brown made the motion to adjourn. Lori Barnikow seconded the motion. Vote 5 for.
