38th Annual Arts & Crafts Fair

The beautiful trees of the Cameron City Park will provide the setting for the Cameron Chamber of Commerce’s 38th Annual Arts & Crafts Fair on October 1 from 9 am to 5 pm.

There will be vendors selling jewelry, plants, homemade preserves, quilts, crocheted items, Texas apparel, glitzy and glamorous shirts, dresses, etc., baby quilts, purses, puppies, Scentsy, toys, glassware, hair bows, custom ballpoint pens, hair feather extensions and so much more. Bring your appetite cuz the food vendors have funnel cakes, kettle korn, shaved ice, smoothies, turkey legs, hamburgers, hot dogs, sausage wraps, barbeque brisket and drinks.

Don’t miss our vendors who will demonstrate their crafts - wood turning, caricature artists and more.

There will be music by an ensemble of the Cameron ISD band and music throughout the day.

The park is located on Hwy 36/ 190/77 in downtown Cameron.

18th Annual Fun Run - Race to Support Milam County Crime Stoppers.

If you are a runner, be sure to sign up for the 18th Annual Fun Run at the Courthouse Square. Registration begins at 7:15 am and the children’s 1/2 mile starts at 8 am with the 5K Run/Walk starting at 8:30 am. The entry fee is $15 before September 23 and $18 after that date. Each participant will receive a t-shirt and cash prizes will be awarded to the top male and female overall finishers. When you run, you will be helping to support the Milam County Crime Stoppers as proceeds will go to them.
