JV Boys Dropped by Navarro

by Mike Organ

The Eagle JV was the perfect host for Navarro. Navarro scored 40 points and Lexington did not score. Lexington did move the ball against Navarro’s sophomores and juniors. The Panthers are developing a program for 3A as they are a school that is growing. They play a complete freshman schedule in addition to the JV schedule.

Jamyon Scott carried four times for 31 yards. W.E. Meuth had nine carries for 52 yards. Tyler Page had seven totes for 30 yards and Lechea Cooper had 45 yards on 10 totes.

Making plays defensively for Lexington were: Jason Dube 4 tackles, Martin Solis 3, Kevin Page 3, Brad Campbell 3, Cameron Janda 3, Lechea Cooper 2, Samuel Meza 2, Walt Green 2, and Miles Hannigan 2. Others making a tackle were: Jason Handrick, Jamyon Scott, Gabriel McMahon, Ryan Brower, and Tyler Page.
