District Court Sentencings
Three people were sentenced in the 21st Judicial Court of Lee County last week. Eugena Kay Hargrove, 45 from Lexington, was sentenced to nine months confinement in the Texas Dept. of Criminal Justice State Jail Facility for driving while intoxicated with child passenger and for possession of a controlled substance – cocaine, less than 1 gram. She was ordered to pay $1,388 for court costs, fines, fees and restitution.
Robert Tyler Stubblefield, 18 from Austin, was sentenced to two years probation for burglary of a building. He was ordered to pay $1,614.04 for court costs, fines, fees and restitution. He was also ordered to perform 150 hours of community service and attend a drug assessment and treatment program.
Alexis Santiago, 23 of Houston, was sentenced to three years probation for possession of a controlled substance – cocaine, less than 1 gram. He was ordered to pay $1,838 for court costs, fines, fees and restitution and ordered to perform 100 hours of community service. He was also ordered to enter and successfully complete a Drug Offender Education Program and submit to urinalysis.
