Forgery and Child Porn Top District Court Dispositions

Four people were sentenced in the 21st District Court of Lee County last week, with the Honorable Terry Flenniken presiding.

Steven Michael Baker, 45 of Houston, was sentenced on two counts of Forgery by Passing – Engaging in Organized Activity. He was sentenced to two terms of 5 years each confinement in the TDCJ state jail facility and ordered to pay a total of $608 in court costs, $800 for his court appointed attorney, and $168 in Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fees and DNA Testing fees, along with a total of $34,595.12 in restitution.

James Christopher Suttefield, 32 of Rosanky, had his original sentence revoked for Possession of Child Pornography – count one. The Judge sentenced him to three years confinement in the TDCJ plus ordered him to pay all costs previously assessed and an additional $400 for his court appointed attorney.

Corey Lynn Moore, 28 of Giddings, was sentenced to five years confinement in the TDCJ, probated five years, for Assault Family/Household Member – Bodily Injury with Previous Conviction. He was ordered to pay $1,538 in fines, court costs and fees and ordered to perform 200 hours of community service. He was also ordered to 45 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center as a condition of his probation, as well as attend and successfully complete an Anger Management Program.

Maxwell Quentin Fotey, 19 of Keller, Texas, was given three years probation for Possession of a Controlled Substance – 3, 4 Methylenedioxy Methamphetamine, Less than 1 Gram. He was ordered to pay $1,278 in fines, court costs, fees and restitution and to perform 75 hours of community service. He also agreed to the forfeiture of $393 U.S. Currency.
