Lee County Grand Jury Indicts Seven

The Lee County Grand Jury had a full docket to review last week, indicting seven people, all of them from Giddings, except one.

Toby Wayne Davis, 34, was indicted for Theft - $20,000 to $100,000.

Hayden Allen Eubanks, 23 and the sole person from Austin, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance Analogue – Methylone, 4-400 grams.

Arnulfo Gonzales, Jr., 32, was indicted for Assault Family- Household Member, Impede Breath-Circulation.

Tomas Hernandez, 31, was indicted for three separate items: Arson, Injury to a Child and Assault Family-Household Member, Impede Breath-Circulation.

Jose Raul Lara-Martinez, 22, was indicted for Possession of a Controlled Substance – Cocaine, less than 1 gram, in a Drug-Free Zone.

Sandra Kay McRaven, 47, was indicted for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon – Bodily Injury.

Corey Lynn Moore, 28, was indicted for Assault Family – Household Member, Bodily Injury, with a previous conviction.
