Two Sentenced in District Court

Two people were sentenced in the 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County, Texas, on June 14, 2011, with the Honorable Terry Flenniken presiding.

Rolando Martinez-Jaramillo, 24 of Houston, was sentenced for driving while intoxicated with child passenger. He received 270 days confinement in the TDCJ State Jail Facility, ordered to pay $304 court costs, $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee, $34 DNA testing, $100 Child Abuse Prevention Fund, $100 EMS Trauma Fund, $60 drug court fee, $15 Video fee, and one year driver’s license suspension.

Michael Quinn Gentry, 36 of Giddings, was sentenced for assaultbodily injury. He received 90 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center, and ordered to pay $400 court appointed attorney fee, $304 court costs, and $50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper fee.
