Austin Man Sentenced in District Court
One person was sentenced in the 21st Judicial District Court of Lee County, on May 10, 2011, with the Honorable Terry Flenniken presiding.
Victor Olvera Ramirez, 51 of Austin, was sentenced for fraudulent use of possession of identifying information of an elderly individual. He received ten (10) years probation, and ordered to pay a $10,000 fine plus $ 304 in court costs, $ 50 Bluebonnet Area Crime Stopper Fee, $34 DNA testing, and $486 restitution. The Judge ordered him to serve 400 hours community service restitution and told him he had to forfeit one 1997 Chevrolet pickup truck and $2,046.96 in. He was also ordered to spend 180 days confinement in the Lee County Law Enforcement Center as a condition of probation.
