By Judy Belyeu

Some more large print books at the Giddings Public Library are: The Killing Edge by Heather Graham is a mystery fiction. Chloe Marin is a psychologist specializing in art therapy to help traumatized victims. She uses her survival skills from a brutal attack ten years earlier to investigate the disappearance of a young swimsuit model. Dakota Child by Linda Ford is a historical fiction about a single mother who is trapped in a North Dakota blizzard. Rescue comes in the seemingly terrifying form of Billy Black, the hulk of a man feared by all the townsfolk. When the storm abates, will she seek the life that led her back to the village or stay where she’s found an unexpected family for herself and her child?

The Guns Of Sapinero by Frank Leslie is a western fiction about revenge. Colton Farrow sets out on a mission of revenge against the men responsible for murdering his stepfather. As his list of targets grows and the truth about his stepfather’s brutal death is revealed, he must confront the darkness that lurks within his own heart.

Rogue Lawman, another western, by Peter Brandvold is about a former deputy marshall named Gideon Hawk. He serves his own brand of justice by carving his way through the West, leaving fallen criminals in his wake. The same governors who had a death warrant on Hawk’s head now desperately need his help to end the bloody carnage sweeping the Southwest at the hands of a gang of merciless Apaches, along with a turncoat called Wilbur “Knife- Hand” Monjosa.
